In April we held the third in our new series of life drawing workshops which are inspired by the seasons. These events take place at Globe Arts in Slaithwaite - www.globearts.org.uk
Participants began with mark making warm ups, responding to seasonal sprigs of new growth & emerging blossom.
After an hour playing with ink, pastel & crayon our model arrived & we turned our attention to drawing from the figure. In this session we focused our poses & approaches to drawing on concepts of growth & nest building.
We worked through a range of long & short poses creating an array of vibrant drawings responding to this unique time of year.
