Payment

You have 2 options when making payments on this website. 

You may use Paypal, which is a secure & safe way to buy online. You do not need a PayPal account in order to use this system. 

You may use your debit or credit card to make a one-off secure payment. 

 

General Delivery Information

Orders are despatched on weekdays only & I aim to despatch orders within 3 working days.

Please take care to provide an accurate & correct shipping address. 

Providing a daytime or work address may help prevent delays in receiving your order by post. 

 

If delivery has been attempted while you were out you should receive a card to notify you of this. This card should provide detailed information about how to obtain your parcel from Royal Mail. You will have a fixed period from the date on which the delivery was attempted, to collect or make arrangements for a redelivery. Once this period has ended the parcel will be returned. Jo Blaker will contact any customers whose parcels are returned in this way. Customers whose parcels are returned will need to pay for re-delivery.

 

If an item has not been received please check that a card hasn’t been left or that the item hasn’t been left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

 

All items are carefully wrapped and packaged in sturdy, industry standard cardboard mailing envelopes &/or tubes. Prints may be delivered in tubes that do not fit through letter boxes. We endeavour to use packaging that is either made from recycled materials, or can be recycled.  Please support our ethos by reusing or recycling your packaging.

 

 

Delivery Service - Standard Delivery - UK

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery in the UK.

Orders are delivered using UK Royal Mail 1st class post. 

Postage & packaging is carefully chosen based upon the weight, destination & monetary value of an order. 

If an order is required more urgently please provide information in the Notes section at Checkout & your order will be prioritised where possible.

 

International Deliveries

Items can be shipped worldwide. Royal Mail Airmail is used for overseas postage. 

Please note this is not a trackable service.

International postage prices may change. 

Prices vary depending on weight and country. Costs will be calculated for you during checkout before you finalise your order.

Europe - you can expect deliveries within Europe to take 3-7 working days, however this is dependent upon your country’s postal service.

Rest of the World - you can expect deliveries outside of Europe to take 5 - 10 working days, however this is dependent upon your country’s postal service. You may be charged a fee by your local customs office.

 

Returns

Your legal rights: When you purchase our goods, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair &/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. 

 

To arrange a refund, replacement or exchange contact us via email as soon as you can. 

 

If you’ve changed your mind 

The item/s must be returned unused, ‘as new’ & in saleable condition, to our business address 

within 14 days of the date received to qualify for a full refund. The costs of returning your items via post will not be refunded. It is recommend that you obtain & keep proof of postage and additional insurance/tracked delivery where necessary as we cannot refund items which are lost or damaged in return transit. 

 

If the item is faulty, has been sent in error or is damaged upon delivery 

The item/s must be returned unused, to our business address within 14 days of the date received to qualify for a full refund. The costs of returning your items via post will be refunded. It is recommend that you obtain & keep proof of postage and additional insurance/tracked delivery where necessary as we cannot refund items which are lost or damaged in return transit. 

 

Refunds or replacements will be processed as quickly as possible, once returned items are received at our business address. 

 

We will process your refund or replacement as soon as possible after receiving the goods back to our studio.

 

It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
