Make your own sunflowers to hang or display in your window, to show your solidarity with the people of Ukraine.
100% of proceeds will be donated to the Disasters Emergency Committee Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal - www.dec.org.uk
This is a simple activity that can be enjoyed by all ages, though young children may need assistance. The kit contains enough materials for you to make 2 sunflowers. A short video tutorial by Jo talks you through the process (but feel to free to improvise!). A link to this video will be mailed to you following your purchase.
This kit has no upper age limit!
We hope making something creates an opportunity for active reflection & to process or talk about our feelings about this grave situation.
Please note - in the video tutorial Jo makes no direct reference to the war, but does state that we are making sunflowers to show our solidarity with the people of Ukraine. This is in the first 30 seconds.
